Hartstrings 4t Appliqué Flowers Tank Dress

Hartstrings 4t hot pink with ric rac floral appliqué lined tank dress. 96% cotton/4% spandex. Lining: 100% cotton. 11.5in pit to pit. 20in mid shoulder to bottom hem. GUC for a few lightened/fade areas (example last picture), discoloration under arms, and letter written on the back of the neckline tag. Still structurally sound. Note that this has a light lingering laundry product smell. This may be vintage but I'm not certain. Measurements are approximate. Smoke free/Pet friendly home. Crossposted.
