This is a Harry Potter snow globe, shaped like Harry at a potions lesson with a cauldron. The toy is meant to play music, but I’m not sure how. PLEASE NOTE that the arm has been poorly repaired. It’d most likely be possible to reglue it, but it is damaged. It would still be fun magical and/or Halloween decor.
