Harry Potter Mini Skirt

Handmade skirt with elastic waistband and pleated and gathered skirt. Custom-made print of the Black family tree. Fabric was printed to look faded. Some wear on the waistband. 100% cotton. Laundering suggestions: wash cold with delicates, hang dry. Note that there is a slight break in the pattern at the center front and center back. Flat measurements: Waist: 12" (best for a 24" - 26" waist) Length: 17.5"
