This is the “Harry Potter” basilisk toy, vintage from 2002. It does flop over. To get a sense of how, look at the photos where it’s lying by itself vs. me holding it up. Though it’s electronic, it doesn’t work. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it just needed new batteries. At any rate, it’s still a fun toy and a display piece. It’s in good used condition with minor marks on the bottom (as shown in the photos). It’s originally from Mattel’s ‘Basilisk Attack’ playset game, though this listing is only for the snake toy.
