Are there other holes besides the one pictured? What would you say the general condition is?

@lcetude hello sorry it took me a few days to get back to you. I looked the coat over and found two more little holes also I found another tag in the breast pocket that might give you a little bit more information.

Normally, a 38 measurement is on the overcoat itself. Does the coat say 38L? Is the 38 measurement from measuring armpit to armpit? Or is the 38 measured from chest, to armpit. around the back, to the other armpit, and back to that point on the chest? The 38 measurement is supposed to be the circumference of the torso at the level just under the chest, with a suit on.
