Vintage sterling silver ring with hematite inlay and heart engraving, size 4. Hematite is a grounding and balancing stone that transforms negative energies into positive vibrations. This is a lovely stamped "sterling" silver ring with engraved hearts at the sides and delicate details around the stone inlay.
