Harness with Wings and Leash for small dogs and small breed puppies.

This is a harness and approximately 40” (not including handle - including handle 46”) leash. Please read below for detailed information for size small. The harness fits around the neck and middle and is adjustable. Note: The wings in the picture with the white dog (and the picture with the various colors) are a larger size, and they look (and are) larger than the wings for the smaller sizes. See the first 2 pictures (and last 2 pictures) of the harness and leash for the correct size and style for small dogs. The wings are approximately 5.75 inches across.
