Harlowe & Graham peplum blouse

New without tags. I removed the tags but have never worn this top. It’s a crepe-like fabric in deep bluish purple color. It has long sleeves, a peplum bottom, with a little longer length in the back. It does have some see-through sections designed through the body of the blouse, but if you wear the right bra it’s really cute. Or undershirt if you prefer.
