carey52577 Yes, there are 2 zipper chest pockets with ample room for a cell phone. As noted in the pictures, each front panel has a vent zipper which peels back to two hidden chest pockets. While it's technically a men's xxl, it would definitely work for a lady if the fit was good.

carey52577 Myself being a woman with a larger chest (unsure if that applies to you or not), but I assume that is why you’re asking regarding the women’s jacket, I do find it roomy enough. The only thing I could see being an issue would be the length of the arms.
