mcantelupe @shihtzudogs2 sorry it took so long for me to do but from shoulder to the bottom is 27" I would consider the waist line at about the top of pocket to middle of pocket so I'll give those measurements cause I'm not sure if that's what you mean ok shoulder to around where the top of the pocket would be is 18 1/2" and shoulder to mid-pocket is21 1/4" hope this helps
