btrebel Are these pants essentially rain pants? Do they have a lining for staying warm? Are they meant to go on over the top of pants?

tmc316 @btrebel I have included two pictures of the inside of the pants to show how they are. I would imagine they weather proofing against rain and snow with you wearing normal pants underneath. The outside and inside are two different materials.

btrebel @tmc316 Thank you! There are cold weather pants and there are rain pants. The rain pants are of course waterproof, while the warm weather ones are more designed to keep warm in colder weather. So they’re lined differently, to keep warm. Rain are just to keep water out, not necessarily to keep warm. I can’t tell which type these are. I’m more looking for ones to keep warm. Can you tell, also, if they are designed to go on over regular pants?

tmc316 @btrebel I don't know other than I would think so with the stirrups on the bottoms. I can't imagine just wearing these by themselves if it were me with the inside material.

tmc316 @btrebel There are extra velcro 'slits' up and down on the legs to help with getting them on and off for adjustments...if that makes sense.
