joansattic @mygomefund The ankles feel soft and bendable, but the leather is very thick and it has good support. You can use the zipper or lace. Either one.

joansattic @poshbroad Hi I posted some more pictures. I hope this helps. Completely tied in the front and zipped up, the calf is 10 and a 1/2 inches. They look a little strange in the front I think when they are laced real tight like this.
