Happy X Nature Red Geometric Retro Maxi Dress NWT

It does have slight shoulder pads built in. It's in excellent condition from Kate Hudson's line. It's very 70's, almost a wrap style but the belt is simply to cinch the waist. Very airy material. Would be cute with some tights and boots, or in the summer with a nice sun hat and sandals. Size M. Never worn because I am too short. I'm about 5'1 and I don't seem to learn my lesson with maxi dresses, but here we are!
