Burj Al Arab Hotel Xinyu (Happy Build)| YC20004 construction kit. Pre-owned new still in sealed bags with instruction manual. Was a gift that just didn't have time for. There are 1336 pieces Lego like pieces with the name plate. Instruction book had a tear in the back where box was opened. It is taped to prevent further damage. Makes a good gift or project to share. Completed it is approximately 25" tall by 11" wide.
