Button controller, or blue tooth with App. Missing Micro USB for charging, or blue tooth app. I recharged this engine with a regular mini USB charger. I used the 3 buttons on top, forward, backward or train noise. I understand that it would work with an App on your phone, but I didn't succeed in finding the right App. This item is used, I welcome any questions about the item.
