Each one of these eyeshadows can be worn by itself and blended out for the artist on-the-go. This palette also introduces a new long-wear formula called FyngrFoyls .  This formula is so 90's since it's best when applied with the fingers, as the heat in your finger activates the double binder for an all-day hold.
