Hanging Red, White and Blue Basket with Hooks

Brown basket with red and blue accents. Middle of the basket is a white star. Basket has hooks on the bottom, for additional hanging options. Back of the basket has 1 small flaw, but, it will not affect hanging it up. Can't say for sure, but, it may be homemade. 16 inches in height. 9 inches in width
