Hang Ten - Multi Color Tunic/Dress

This could be worn as a dress or tunic. Has elastic waist and 2 front pockets. I wore with leggings but if you are shorter than 5 6” could be worn as a dress. Tag says L but it runs small. More like S/M. If you want measurements let me know.
