Ive handpainted these cute Day of the Dead Sugar Skulls all dressed up with moveable top hat that swings back and forth. I paint each paint w a tiny brush on watercolor paper, then resin for durability. Great for Halloween! They are water resistant, not waterproof. On sterling silver wires, each is signed. 💀 💀💀
