Someone put lots of love and care into this sleeveless sheath cocktail dress with three keyhole cut-outs accented with bows with crystals. The fabric is a slightly shiny crinkled crepe that gives off a bit of purple under the black. Some stretch. Back zip. You can be sure no one else will be wearing this dress.
