This is a one of a kind, upcycled item that has been hand dyed by me, therefore it is a Boutique item. Handmade, tie died surplus blouse by A New Day. The original color was white, size women's M. Fabric is cotton blend with modal. This is an upcycled article of clothing, and has been gently worn previous to tie dying. It has been cleaned, color treated and then cleaned again before finishing up with a Hue Revival rescued fashions tag.
