Handmade tassel/diffuser necklace.

Made with novelty yarn and wool needle felted heart strung on black cording. A drop of essential oil may be added to the wool heart and used as a diffuser necklace. Total length of necklace is approx 20 inches. Very whimsy and fun to wear. Matching earrings also listed.
