Handmade ruffled edge pottery bowl with wax insert and candle

I cannot decipher where the bowl was made. Strawberry village is what it looks like on the bottom of the bowl. It has a ruffled edge. A wax insert along with the battery operated candle goes inside of the insert. Cute centerpiece for farmhouse or primitive decor.
