Handmade ribbon skirt w/snowflake tee NWOT

Adorable outfit fir winter and the Holidays! The shirt is from Old Navy, size 18-24m and the snowflake embellishment was added. The skirt is handmade. The waist is 9.5" flat across front in-stretched, has no roll elastic which is covered in satin. The skirt has strips of glitter satin, ribbon, lace, and fabric. The strips are sewn into the waistband. The red bow is removable with a brooch back. Hand wash the skirt, machine wash the tee inside out!
