Handmade patriotic vest unsized, XL/2X? please see measurements

Handmade 90s open front vest likely made from a kit sold at the craft store. Features a printed Americana pattern as well as applique and buttons. Unsized but please see photos of measurements. Listing as an XL due to my best guess on fit. Vest is freshly laundered but please note there is a discoloration on the lining that I could not remove.
