Handmade mini mod skirt and button up skirt size 4-6

This skirt was handmade because I loved the fabric so much. There are two front functional pockets and a back zip. The waist measures about 15 1/2 inches and a skirt is about 18 inches long. It was designed to sit a little bit lower on the hips instead of a high-rise.
