This is a gorgeous, handmade dress from the Etsy seller Hearts and Found. It is white with a bright floral pattern and a vintage /retro rockabilly style. High quality, normally costs $100+. Included their size chart and a picture of the same style dress modeled in a different color. I'm 5'4", and the dress hits me an inch or two below my knee.

flyingbuffalo25 @bethanybug I added a pic with waist measurement. I'd say it runs a little small. I usually wear a size 2, and it fits my waist (25") with the right amount of snugness. It's a little loose in the bust for me. For reference, I have a 33" bust.

flyingbuffalo25 @bethanybug No, unfortunately there's not much stretch. There's no elastic, and it's a sturdy cotton without much give.
