Adopt a Sea Turtle today! Life after my TBI has been a journey of healing and rediscovery. For a long time, I struggled to find things that both strengthened my brain and brought me joy. During my six-week stay at Rady Children’s Hospital Chronic Pain Rehab Clinic, I discovered a love for crocheting—and I’m actually pretty good at making stuffed animals! Crocheting has been an incredible way to rebuild my brain while also helping me relax. Since I’m not able to work a regular job yet due to chronic migraines, selling my crocheted animals helps me earn money while doing something I love!
