This is an absolute adorable sweater. I would say it’s for a four-year-old on up. It would be also just really cute as an oversized sweater on a toddler. The under arm two under arm is 17 inches in the length of 17 inches the sleeves are a little shorter, which is nice because they won’t get so dirty.they are 12 inches. And the shoulder to shoulder is about 17 inches. It feels like a wool and cotton blend. The light color on the top of the sweater to the right is a sunspot coming through the window.
