Handmade blue & silver bird of paradise necklace

I created this statement necklace around a vintage-style Bird of Paradise pendant in lead-free pewter. Tiny rhinestones resemble marcasite, and shimmer down the edges of each feather. The stylized body of the bird is very Art Deco. I paired the lovely pendant with timeless peacock blue freshwater pearls, with amazing luster. They are separated by tiny, shimmering silver-black seed beads. The necklace is just under 20 long, and the bird pendant adds another 2.25" of drop.
