3/12💚Handmade Yellow Skirt (flexible size!)

I made this skirt! 😁 It is really a flexible size because of the elastic in the waist. Unstretched it is 10" but stretches up to 21" (see last 2 photos)! So really this would fit anyone from a size small to a size XL. Great as is for spring and summer or layer it up with leggings for the fall and winter! Lovely mustard yellow color.
