Handmade White Crochet Cardigan - Possible Vintage

Super cute white crocheted cardigan with scallop edges! This sweater is so pretty and delicate and detailed and can be worn either open or buttoned up! (There are also 2 spare buttons sewn inside!) From the looks of it, this top seems to be handmade and homemade. I found no tags anywhere and my grandma had quite a few crochet tops with no tags, so maybe she knew someone who made these? Also, this and her other tagless crocheted tops could be vintage, but it’s hard to know for sure without any tags to try to date them! They are at least 14 years old though, that much I know. I only noticed some slight yellowing at the nape of the neck and a few tiny stains (see last 3 photos), but this is a preowned and possibly vintage garment, so some flaws are expected and there may be something else I missed! Since this is handmade and homemade, it doesn’t have a listed size, but it looks like a small or medium from eyeing it. Feel free to comment with any questions!
