Handmade Vintage Mermaid Maxi Dress

Beautiful handmade blue and white dress with v-neck front and back. Slim silhouette through the hip and knee with a flouncy, salsa skirt. Print is like blue tropical leaves. Very 50s vamp does summer in the Hamptons. No size but best for a 4 or small. Fabric is woven and there’s just a bit of room in the measurements. No stretch per se but room. Breezy, breathable and cooling. Small pull near the zipper as pictured.
