Handmade Vintage Floral Sheets Peplum Top M/L

Such a cute handmade top! No size tag has its handmade. It appears to be a larger size! Approx measurements: L21.5 P18.5 One side is more faded than the other. There’s also a small stain which I have documented in the photos.
