Handmade Vintage Fitted Mermaid-esque Skirt

Handmade vintage high waisted long pencil skirt. Thrifted this skirt five years ago and sadly three babies later it no longer fits. I LOVE this skirt with a fitted crop top (see photo). Super cute and elegant for a fun and classy event. The color and texture of the fabric reminds me of a mermaid tail. It’s super well made. The zipper is old feeling, but it still works.
