Handmade Vintage Boho Tiered Whimsical Skirt with Strawberry Print S/M

Handmade skirt made using vintage curtains/balances with strawberry print and brown stripes. With the material being vintage, there is some fading and light spots. It features tiers of ruffles with an elastic waistband. Waist measurements 13.5” across, unstretched, to 15” across fully stretched and hips measure 18” across.
