Handmade Scalloped Leather Tray from Rio De Janeiro Brazil

This is a handmade leather tray from Rio D Janeiro, Brazil. The round tray has open scalloped edges and rows of alternating patterns stamped into the tray. In the center, their is a flower shaped pattern with "Rio" stamped inside. The tray is in great vintage condition. It measures 10.5in diameter and stands 1" tall.
