Handmade Red Goddess Dress or tunic Angel Sleeves Bell Sleeves Hippie bohemian

This beautiful piece of clothing was purchased from a creator on Etsy. It was only worn once. The first photo best shows the color. It is a beautiful red and the bottom is banded. You can pull the band down and wear it like a mini dress, or pull it up something and use it like a tunic. The sleeves are my favorite part, they are amazing bell sleeves.
