jesamm hello! is the intended size for a toddler? small child? or adult?

florenathrifts @jesamm child or small adult. Just note there is no zipper or way to open the dress so it would have to be able to slide up and down the person. It is 15 inches across from arm pit to armpit and stays that length across the whole way. Hope this helps!
