Handmade Red And Green Cowboy Hat Christmas Tree Skirt Ruffle Edge

This is a handmade fabric Christmas Tree skirt. It’s a red cotton or cotton blend material with stitched green felt cowboy hats and a white lace ruffle trim. Skirt measures approximately 41 inches in diameter. Fun handmade tree skirt. Tree skirt is in decent pre-owned condition with some signs of wear and use. I did hand wash it. There is some red dye transfer on the lace. There are also some all over marks and nicks in the fabric including a hole in the lace. Some of the green felt cowboy hats have some tears and holes.
