It is made by Debra Meiler who is local to the area I live in, southeast Michigan. I found this one-of-a-kind jacket and thought you all might be interested! As far as sizing goes, I am the model in the photo because I didn't know how to size it. It is oversized but feels like a large or extra large comfortably. It says it is petite but I feel that's just through the sleeves. I will provide measurements. Overstated buttons provide closure in front. Soft and comfortable, lined in flannel. Pit to pit 24" Top to bottom 22" Sleeve 21"
