Handmade New Small dog dress

Size small handmade dog dress. Neck diameter as shown is 5" so will fit a neck smaller than 10". and chest is 17.5 inches around. Can be adjusted a bit smaller or bigger with velcro but would not recomend for bigger. Length was approximately 9.5 " Tag does not have price but it is brand new, unused and ready to sell
