Handmade Navy Blue Cotton Maxi Dress

This elegant navy blue gown reminds me of Moiraine Damodred character from The Wheel Of Time show. It was definitely handmade. The fabric is 100% cotton. The dress has black tulle lining to give top skirt more volume and to hold the shape. I think it is a beautiful dress. Its classic design offers a timeless stylish look. It has a prairie vibe of the dresses worn by American women settlers. The dress was possibly never worn, because it is in perfect condition. It has no closure, pull over construction. Shown on size small dress form, but fits roomy. Can be worn with belt to make it fitted. The side seams are taken in by second stitching rows, which if undone will give another 1/2” on each side. And then, I believe, it will fit large size. Please compare measurements to assure proper fit. Chest pit to pit is 18.5” Waist side to side is 17” Skirt length is 45” Full length from high shoulder point down is 65”
