Handmade Navajo Sterling Silver Amulet With 30 Carat Amethyst

This magnificent necklace was handmade for me in Scottsdale, Arizona. Every single time I have worn this necklace, it brings compliments galore! I cannot remember the name of the boutique in Scottsdale which is driving me crazy, but my former husband and I went there at least every other year. He would have custom belt buckles made at this boutique where this Amulet was created. The Amethyst is a very deep purple, leading me to believe it is a Brazilian Amethyst. The height of the gem is 18mm and the width is 12mm. The Emerald-Cut Amethyst is set on an impressive Sterling Silver mounting done in a step design with piercings to let light in to illuminate the Amethyst. In its entirety, it is an incredible 33mm high, 29mm wide and 15mm deep. The free swinging bale can accommodate up to a 5mm chain. The total weight of this impressive charm is 38.19 grams! I am also including the Sterling Silver choker I received with it at the time of the purchase because it fits it perfectly!
