Handmade Mixed Media Collage Wood Plaque Artwork

5x7 distressed mixed media art on an oval wood plaque. Texture of image is distressed. Wood is rough and unsanded. Image is an inkjet transfer with matte medium and paint. Sealed with a crystal clear acrylic gloss coat. Magazine decoupage. Ready to hang. Handmade by me Process: A handmade graphic is printed out on paper and then transferred to wood using matte medium. The paper is allowed to dry and then peeled off a little at a time, never allowing to come completely off. This leaves a textured feel to the canvas. The rubbing required to remove the paper leaves behind a distressed, weathered and/or water damaged look, leaving it looking aged.
