Handmade Mexican Decorative Plate/Bowl Yellow Flowers

3-D applied yellow flower petals and centers with green applied leaves on a shallow bowl with leather strap for hanging. The flowers are very porous; the whole piece has an organic feel to it. There is shiny tan paint on the front surface and the back appears painted a caramel color. Glaze? Paint? Fired? Not fired? Approximately 8” in diameter; deepest bowl depth is 1.5”; leather chord gives it a 2” drop. Please check photos closely; I don’t know a lot about pottery. Item has no cracks or chips; no maker marks, stamped Made in Mexico on back.
