Handmade “Lord of the Rings”- style mini wand ,crystal fantasy wizard elf WOW!

Found this at the estate of an artist home. Everything she had it was magical and wonderful. It is a handmade “mini – wand”. There is a quartz crystal at the bottom and the top looks like a marble surrounded by silver tone metal.The stem has lovely designs of flowers and leaves in silver tone metal. It is pretty heavy. But I don’t think it is Sterling because I cannot find a mark on it.Please see photos for close-ups and measurements. I really unique little treasure to add to your collection!
