Handmade Light Turquoise Textured Straight, Knee Length Skirt with a matching belt. size approx 18 (across waist: 29"-22") EUC, no flaws It would great with an untucked top with the belt over the top. The fabric is beautiful with strands of pink, yellow and green running throughout. The waistband is elastic with stretched and relaxed measurements in the pics. The belt measurement is in the pic as well.
