Handmade Halter Dress

Incredible halter dress. Handmade and vintage, I think? Tough to guess the era, maybe 90’s? The fabric is really lovely - green floral block print over a soft purpley blue. Perfect condition and very well made. See measurements for details, I recommend this for a medium or a small, fabric has a small amount of stretch but not much. It fits me well (32, 26, 39) except in the chest area. I have small boobs and can’t really fill the top out. Measurements: Pit to pit: 16” flat Waist: ~14” flat Length from shoulder to hem: ~40”
