A neon bright Hawaiian print adorns this handmade maxi skirt vintage 1970's. The design is vertical stripes straight & in waves with clusters of stylized flowers & geometric shapes. Lots of day-glo colors: tangerine, fuchsia, cobalt, scarlet, amethyst & lemon. The fabric is 100% acrylic crepe often called barkcloth because of its texture - this kind of fabric was wildly popular from the 1950-s-1970's & mostly made in Japan or Hawaii. It is still unmatched today for color saturation. Simple A-line panel construction gathered at the waistband with a back zipper closure. Skirt in very good gently worn condition.
